If you are not satisfied with your purchase at any time, they will replace the product or refund the purchase price. I have not had to return or exchange many items, as their quality is superior, but I did buy a lunchbox for my child that did not meet my expectations after 6 months. I was able to exchange it for a new one with no questions asked--turns out, they had changed the liner in the interim. Problem solved. Any time I have needed to speak with an employee, they have been extremely friendly and have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
