LEGO is first class

I'm not a lego fanatic or anything like that, but have bought a handful of the advanced and high-end lego sets directly from the lego.com store and have had a great shopping experience. The customer support professionals are just that, professional and they aim to please. Sets are Packaged very well and have always arrived in perfect condition and in a reasonable time. They frequently have sales, including free shipping sales, and specials on certain sets. The catalog has a 10% off coupon for in-store use only, which I'd of course like to see made available to the online store.
The online store works well in most browsers but I noticed a little bugginess on the ipad and Android smartphone.
All-in-all I recommend buying direct from Lego, with their sales, VIP points (I think it works out to $5 credit for every $199 spent, which can be put towards your next purchase) product availability, and service, being 5 stars.
