I had good pricing and reasonably quick processing/shipping time.

The only negative is they have a hidden shipping/handling/insurance charge that you can't see until you are at the final stage of checkout.

Only ship if they want to

I ordered lenses that they indicated would be late shipping....nearly 5 weeks after order. After 5 weeks Lens.com wrote to say the lens was discontinued. I wrote back with a link to the manufacturer's site showing the lens was still available (it was special order and had been for years, hence the first four week delay). They ignored my email and information and canceled the order without further explanation. I assume they miss-priced the lens and didn't want to honor the purchase agreement. They lied to describe the lens as discontinued to get out of the agreement.

Cheap lenses but I had no idea they had cash back for only FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. Which is kinda weird for me cause I thought they would show their loyal customers some love. Would not order from them again as there are many more options.

Product was back ordered twice.Did not recieve 4% cash back or free gift for Acuvue purchase.
