good customer service and product

First time i did not got webcam (dented box) although UPS said it arrived. Then I sent one email to Logitech customer service, and a replacement oder was issued quickly. Several days later, I received and it works quite well.(I can not find any scratch although it was marked as dented product).

Great Service and Products

Logitech has always been a top of the line company for me. Their products are always as reliable as the reviews say, and shipping is always on time. I have not had trouble even with their refurbished or open boxed products. Needless to say, the self-branded "dented box" items are always in perfect condition.

Logitech C910 Webcam 'Dented Box Sale'

I purchased a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 directly from Logitech. It was advertised as a dented box sale. The regular price was $99 and this was only $58.99. It was shipped very quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised that the box was absolutely perfect. I couldn't find a single blemish on the box. The camera is superb and definitely meets all of my expectations. This was my second purchase directly from Logitech. The first was a refurbished Harmony remote. That was also an excellent product and an excellent value.
