18-Piece Double Drive Precision Screwdriver Set
Patented double-drive ratchet design gives 2 times the efficiency An ideal screwdriver/driver set for smaller, more delicate jobs 16-piece CR-V precision bits 1pc 4 Inch Magnetic Bit Holder 1pc Precision Double Drive screwdriver handle 1pc durable case for easy tool storage
So I got this set when it was twice as much. The dual drive design is brilliant and the bit selection is great. The carrying case is excellent quality, however the bits are already getting a bit chewed up after some use. Also, the dual drive mechanism sometimes gets locked up and you have to re-engage it.
Does anyone know if there's a higher quality set available or if I can get higher quality bits? If not, I'll probably pickup a couple extra sets for the work toolbox
i picked these up in at Fry's in Vegas when i lived there and have used and abused the bits like nobody's business. i also have a larger Boxer bit set from Fry's i use on occasion. i work on laptops a lot, sometimes with stuck screws, and this thing does it all. well worth the price, but hopefully you can find it cheaper. it does not ratchet/double drive but i would personally recommend it. the set i have does not have the iPhone type bits, i got those separately from Amazon later.

"I thought this would be the perfect precision screwdriver set. However, it is very difficult to get the screw bits to set securely in the handle. I wouldn't waste your money on this." I don't have this problem with my screwdriver. The only problem is it's not magnetic as the spec. said.

I've only used them a little since them so it has not started happening again yet.
This screwdriver is not a full sized screwdriver that you would expect.
I bought 2 sets and am taking them back, The Handle does not take standard 1/4" drive bits, like a full size does, it takes mini bits - I never saw this small of drive before- its about 1/8" or something. That picture in the first post is pretty close to actual size. A mimi-me.. lol
May be good for working on a motherboard. But I think its a POS.
You can make any screwdriver or bit magnetic simply by rubbing any magnet in one direction along the bit or shank. Do not rub back and forth, just one way. Do it maybe 5 times and it will hold a screw, do it more if it needs more holding power.
