I've been looking at this shed for a while and this seems to be the best deal I have found.

Lowe's has it for $1252.18, minus 10% coupon 47000RRRRR9986R, plus 5% Cash Back from Discover 5% Home Improvement Promo ($56.35), another 2.25% FatWallet Cash Back ($25.36), bringing the total to $1045.25 plus sales tax (based on purchase price before FatCash and Discover Bonus). The Shed has good reviews at Amazon listed for $1299.99.

Shopdiscover 5% CashBack might not be valid when a coupon has been used. Call Discover or Lowes to find out.

My deal wasn't using the ShopDiscover link, it is using the FatCash link. Discover currently has a 5% Cash Back bonus that's automatically applied to purchases at Home Improvement stores for this quarter, the bonus is applied to the credit card statement.

American new dream house. LOL

It's called Lifetime but only 10 years limited warranty.

It looks good.

Dont think that 10% code works any longer. Not for me a couple days ago.

I'm not a fan of plastic sheds, over time they just don't hold up. I would recommend for the same price you hire a guy and have a custom shed built, should be around the same price with pressure treated lumber and much sturdier than plastic. I found a local shed builder on Craigslist who built me 2 sheds that are basically mini houses.

as much as I completely agree that plastic sheds don't hold up.... I think your numbers are a bit off.  It should cost significantly more than the $1000 here to build a wood shed.
I'm building a 10x12 shed in my backyard now.  Granted its probably a bit nicer than the minimum, vinyl siding, 2x4 construction, steel door, but my cost is pushing $2200 without the foundation I put in.  if I didn't go vinyl and a steel door obviously it would be less, but my lumber order was about the cost of this shed without the roof and with OSB, not T111.  This is also with myself building it, not hiring guys.

Either or, wood is a better, more secure solution, but obviously more expensive and more permanent.

I've had one shed for some time, but a few years ago I said I was thinking of getting another, and since then some people have called me "Two Sheds "...

Costco has the same shed for $999.99 http://www.costco.com/Lifetime-8'-x-10'-Storage-Shed.product.100...
I have seen these in Costco stores for less (of course no delivery if bought in store)

I believe I was getting the Discover 5%(Card) + 5%(Portal) when using the $10 off 50 codes. YMMV.

  That is the 8' x 10' model.  The shed I posted is 8' x 12'. I don't see the 8' x 12' model on the Costco site.

Around here, the local shed builders will build a 10x12 on-site for $1650 total.
That would get you a very basic shed with 4' side wall height, un-finished T-111 siding and shingled roof, standard wood door.  You provide a level surface for them to build the shed on, and then you must finish it yourself with either paint or stain.  They will pre-paint the T-111 for a nominal fee.  If you want 6' sidewalls, the price jumps up to $1980.

I brought the 8x10 shed. The door is a pain to get it line up. The tech support are no help either.

Costco has it for 899 now
