Is this purchase eligible for FW 2.25% Cash Back and Lowe's consumer credit card 5% off on top of all the discounts? I know that would be asking for too much but what the heck. Might as well ask for the moon, lol
I guess I have the answer and unfortunately no 5% using Lowe's CC since a coupon is being used . Excerpt from Term of usage " Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any coupon, Lowe's military discounts, Lowe's employee discounts or Lowe's low-price guarantee" Still a great deal. Can't pass it up
Wads said: So will Home Depot 10 percent guarantee work for this? Good Question!. Home Depot's price match policy requires both store (your Home Depot store, and the NEARBY competitor's store (Lowe's) both have the item in stock immediately. The items have to be the identical model and condition (not refurbished). And of course Home Depot usually DO NOT keep any new washer in store.
I would answer No. But you can give it a try. Sometimes there could be a new unit that was just been returned to the store.
Washer is a nice deal, paid similar amount last year for a return that had steam cycles. Dryer - unless you have to have visual match, "ordinary" dryer, 6.5cf, with same sensor dry, for $300 ( LINK ) --- After all. this is FatWallet
Thanks op... Neptune washer has the main bearing failing and sounds like a airplane taking off...much needed and at a great price... Lets hope these last as long as my maytags... 14 years and average 15 loads of laundry a week .. Almost 12000 loads of laundry for under $2k can't complain but time for something new...
After ordering this great deal it gets a little sour when buying the pedastals to get them up high enough to use. The door opening bottoms are probably only 12-16 inches off the floor so plan on squatting if your too cheap to buy the pedastals for an additional $400 for the set...

Good luck with quality of Samsunk washer & dryer. Our 8-year-old Sears/Whirlpool front loaders were X-large, quiet, never broke - But they were white. In our newer house the laundry room is where all entry/egress takes place, and we decided we needed some color, so around Black Friday we got a "nice" large Platinum Set from Lowe's. They are junk, compared to our old set which we unfortunately sold. Washer always vibrates and moves around the laundry room. At the end of the cycle the washer doesn't spin in reverse to dislodge/fluff the items into the bottom of the tub - it leaves the wash plastered around the inside of the tub. Yes - we've had a "qualified" Samsung service person out, but he was useless and I ended kicking his a$$ out of my house. I will personally never buy another Samsung product. I got a 50" Samsunk plasma from Circuit City - it was broken and didn't work. I got a 60" Samsunk LED/LCD plasma, and the picture was just plain old unacceptable. Returned it and got a beautiful LG.
Thanks OP; I had $57 in SYWR points from the $50/$50 grill accessories points, and low and behold I got an email today from Sears offering $100 off a $1000 purchase! Ended up finding a couple of coupons that knocked down the price a wee bit and so I got the washer & dryer delivered plus $30 in filler for $880 delivered with $220 in rewards points. Made my wife's month! Now how we end up dealing with the credit card bill after this and the $300 in shoes I bought from Bloomingdale's on another front page deal is another story...

i have an extra pair of the electric washer and dryer ordered from Sears .. if anyone would like to have the extra pair at the deal price .. i can try and contact them to change the shipping address instead of cancelling it.
FYI, I purchased these two units yesterday along with the stacking kit. The units certainly seem to be well worth the money. The only issue that folks need to watch if stacking is that the dryer controls are going to be waaaayyyyy up high. I am 6' tall and I can hardly see the control knob. My wife states she can hardly see the control panel. I just measured it and the bottom of the control knob and control panel is 6'1" from the ground.
