512MB of GDDR3 memory?

Title says 8 GB.

Which is it, OP?

Edit: The 640M has 512 MB of GDDR3 RAM. You should concatenate the two bullet points together.

  Done! Thanks!

Just FYI, for $30 more ($1029 after $90 rebate), you can get a bump up in processor (2.9 GHz) and video (650M) on this one. Granted, it's not a huge performance increase -- about 7% on the processor, 5% on the GPU -- but every little bit helps, and for $30 (3% price increase ), it's worth considering.

Interesting.

It looks like this is the previous generation - is that correct?

EDIT: Actually, based on this (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMac_(Intel-based) ) it looks like this is the late 2012 model.
