Mamasource is a Scam

They are supposed to be a resource for busy mothers. They are hoping that a lot of forgetting occurs between the time you buy a coupon and the time you use it. I bought a coupon for Kettle Corn. I paid 1/2 the retail price for the coupon. I went to the site which then gave me credit for the coupon charged against the full price. The Kettle Corn site then charged me the difference between what I paid for the coupons and the cost of their Corn. So, I paid $75.oo for two servings of Kettle Corn.

What a Ruse. Be careful. Stay far away from these people.

Fantastic customer service

I purchased a voucher from mamasource for swim classes. The vendor (Starfish swim school) refushed to honor the voucher, saying that, although I was trying to sign up prior to the expiration, that I had to take all the classes prior to the expiration date. I told them that the voucher did not state that. They refused to honor it.

I sent an email to mamasource, and got a reply two days later saying that they had credited my account for the full value of the voucher. Needless to say, I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to make it right.

some great discounts

I've been able to get some really killer deals here! Some offers are a bit odd (50% off lipo??) but others have really saved me some $$ on things I would buy anyways. Prompt service, and I've never had any problems redeeming the vouchers.

they have good deals, but the failed to report cashback, and they never sent me any of the magazine deals I bought. I contacted customer service multiple times, no response ever.

I've been able to get a few really good deals from off of this site, including a subscription to Family Fun Magazine and a discount on educational DVDs. My daughter is happy with the entertainment I can provide her with, and I am happy for the savings I get from purchasing their deals at a discounted rate.
