Listed twice [fatwallet.com/Musicians-Friend-coupons/mh310-studio-headphones-29-99/880801-1/], these are among the cheapest, pretty accurate headphones you'll find. By accurate I mean they won't color or alter the sound, which is what you want if you're editing/mixing audio. For just listening many prefer a bit of enhancement, e.g. a little [or a lot] more bass, & if that's you, you can do a lot better for the same price or a little less.
The CAD MH310s are light weight & feel pretty cheaply made, and it can be a bit of a pain putting them on depending on how big your ears are -- they fit completely over the ear. The cord is also pretty cheap -- you can find directions on-line on re-cording them, which is allegedly a decent mod according to the folks who are into that stuff. You can find the similar Samson headphones on Amazon, sometimes for around the same price [though today the SR850s are going for $50]. All-in-all though the CADs are a pretty good deal at $30 -- in the past they've sold out at this price on the Stupid Deal of the Day -- as long as you're looking for cheap, accurate headphones -- these are not audiophile grade by any stretch.

OK, so you're here on FW, which is A Good Thing, and I trust you've looked into this, you seem knowledgeable on the topic. So, do tell: what are some headphones that are a lot better at the same price or even less? Links?
