Great service and fantastic prices on a few items at a time
I miss the excitement of must go deals, where they dropped the price of one item continually. But they still have front page deals that are continually changing. And the coupons!

Great Prices, wide selection
MWave always has great prices, and a wide selection of items. Some of their products appear generic, but I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered from them. The shipping is occasionally slow, but the items always arrive!

YOU are responsible for return shipping if product is defective
Received the item quickly, but it did not work. Called to ask about them sending a return shipping label so I could exchange, and was told they would issue the label "one time only" because the customer is responsible for return shipping. I asked why given that they sold a defective product, and was told they do not sell defective products, they are just a reseller and the manufacturer sends them defective products. Their site DOES say that you are responsible for return shipping, but would guess most people aren't going to read that if they are buying a brand new product unless they have a problem.
