Don't Believe The Too Good To Be True Prices!!!

We have all heard it before... if it seems too good to be true.... I thought I was getting an awesome price on some lights for my daughters' sweet 16 party, and was told in the confirmation that the order would be ready for store pick up at 2:57 on Friday... went on Saturday and was told the order had been canceled and an email was sent... this was sent to me at 10:00 pm Friday night... 7 hours after the item was supposed to be there... I do not check my emails more than once a day, so I did not get the email until after I drove an hour to pick up the lights... After complaining they told me I should have read the email.... Why tell me to pick it up at a certain time if it isn't there???? I knew the price was too good to be true!!! I better get my money back.

Do not shop with them.

I bought an adult female bike as a gift. The process went through and order completed. What I received was a totally different item (Kids BMX Bike) instead of an adult female bike. I was not notified of anything wrong with my order. I called customer service and they told me it takes them 3-5 days to get my return slip so I could send it back to them and I would also have wait a few more weeks before they can give me a refund. How hard is it in the first place to fill an order especially one with a product description and a picture? I was told they were out of stock and can only give me a refund. I am questioning if they can't even get the order right, what guarantees do I have with my refund. Highly recommend to stay away and shop elsewhere. I had to choose 1 star but it deserves no star.

Cancelled my order without contacting me.

I made a purchase on their web site. Later received an email that said it was cancelled. I called customer support and they told me their verification department cancelled it. I do not show any missed call or email on their part. The item is no longer in stock and the promotion ends today.
