Exchange policy useless

I bought a coat online on sale (but not clearance.) It was way too big. Their "exchange policy" is that you have to return the item, and then reorder the new size. That is NOT an exchange policy. And then they don't have it in my right size so I'm stuck. They offer to pay for return shipping if you buy something else, but not for a straight return. Last time I buy from Nautica.

Terrible customer service

I went to Nautica store in Oman-muscat and at the beginning I was happy to find my taste in certain designs and I bought within 3 days a good amount...then I decided to exchange two items ,the staff made me feel that I am doing a crime because I asked for exchange..they were unfriendly at all with angry facial expressions ..I felt very bad and I told them frankly it is not at all a good start for your store in Oman ..I hate remembering what happened and I even promised my self not even come close to this store again...please you have to teach the staff to be more profitional and tell them that customers are not fools by telling them that the policy of exchange is only once ...

Nautica 's ship has sailed

They are riding on their past reputation. Many of their items are low quality imports from you know where. Clothes fade after a few washings and the zippers are junk. Their customer service is also useless, they make like they care, you jump through hoops sending them info, then they say too bad, can't help you (the worst). too bad, I used to buy a lot of clothes from them, buyer beware.
