Great clothing!

New York & Company has always been on my list of favorite stores. They provide quality clothing at a reasonable price. NY&Co usually always has some kind of promotional code for additional discounts - which is awesome! Without a code or sale their price tags are a little high...so, wait for a sale or promotional code offering. Sign up for their email list....they send them pretty often.

lousy customer service

I placed an oder on-line and my order was cancelled without even notifying me. After contacting their customer service, I was told that they can't accept orders placed outside USA, even with a USA credit card and shipping address. As I pointed out that such policy was not stated in their website, their billing department was not helpful at all.
