Going on a long car trip soon, this will be able to feed the kids' tablets a lot more stuff than we could store on them locally:
If you want a device that shares a wireless connection and/or shares a usb disk wireless I recommend this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AQUMZRA/ref=oh_details_o06_s... This one is great when you check into a hotel that only gives you one wireless connection as it will re nat the signal and allow you to have multiple devices. It will also charge your devices from a built in battery and share a USB device
I don't know if it's just me, but I have a couple of these travel routers and I can't get them to work when the wireless internet requires you to sign on to use it. I have the same problem with my Apple TV. Just last night I had to connect the laptop to the tv to stream Netflix. Anyone solve this problem?

Yes. Just leave this in your bag and login via your wireless devices.
