This vs the moto sb6141?

In for one. This does only 4 channel bonding instead of 8 but I just want to upgrade to Blast 50 which my current modem can't do (DOCSIS 2.0) it should work out well. Cheapest 3.0 I've ever seen by about $15, no tax for me, and Shoprunner eligible. Thanks OP

I've had this running for about 2-3 months now with no issues, I'm on Blast 100. Great price for this modem, I paid $40.

will this work on Time warner?

Depends on where you live and how fast your min/max speeds go up to. The SB6141 is much more robust and future-proof... but then again it's going to be a long while before consumers can take advantage of 8 bonded downstream channels for most regions.

If you need a modem now and like the price, go for it.  The SB6141 is much more expensive, although I think the lowest I ever saw that thing was $49.99... but it might have been refurbished.

I think the Time Warner/Cox compatible version is the (CDA30360) and not the (BRG-35505)

The one sold by Newegg is "sold out", for now.  Any idea when the coupon expires?

rated:
Sold out!

rated:
I am still seeing it in stock!!

rated:
The one in-stock now is NOT sold by Newegg.com directly. The one sold by Newegg.com is already sold out. The current in-stock is sold by a third-party antoline.com through Newegg.com

Not sure where you got that coupon code but the one I have (and in the OP) is EMCPCPF57 and that still works, also make sure that you added to cart the one sold by Newegg and not a 3rd party seller.

Yep, ordered @ 1300 EST and it went through without any problems for $29.99

Just ordered,
Deal still active, Thanks OP

Thanks OP I picked one up! My MILs modem just died yesterday!

Be aware that using this with Comcast it can take quite a while to come online. My technician friend explained that boot files for uncommon modems are not stored at every node by default and it takes a time to propogate down once detected (firmware not configs). Mine took more than an hour

seems to still work for me on the cart, maybe it only works on some accounts?

I bought one around 3pm today too, no problem. Just had to select Newegg (Default was some other vendor at a much higher price).
My order already shows as shipped, less than 2 hours later.

I have been checking everyday since it went out of stock (way cheaper than eBay Motorola SB6141) and pulled the trigger tonight now that it is back in stock.  Code worked fine.  As mentioned, make sure you are purchasing from Newegg.  Thanks OP!  I will be signing up for their service and according to their rate sheet they charge $8/month.  Just under 4 months and this modem will be paid for.

Just confirming this modem can be used on twc. I am I raleigh NC and just got it set up over the chat. No questions asked, just Mac address and that was it. If you have the phone service they will leave the old modem with no charge for phone use only. Enjoy.
