Buyer Beware!

After reading a FW hot deal, I ordered a Westinghouse tv/dvd combo from this company. The tv had a $50 rebate. I complied 100% with the terms of the rebate. After several months, I called the company to check on the status of the rebate. They said that they had mailed it 60 days prior. Their records showed that the rebate had never been cashed, yet they refused to issue a new one. I never got the rebate. I asked for supervisors. I filed claims. I got no results. They clearly did not care that they screwed over a customer. No rebate made this a cool deal, at best. Never again!

I purchased two Asus B53F notebooks on the same invoice, but they only credited cash back for one. Other than that, no complaints.

Mediocre refurb, great return policy

Ordered a refurb Westinghouse tv that developed sound problem within 3 weeks, another was sent that had an intermittent screen problem. PC Connection refunded money very quickly and free return shipping.

I purchased an open box HP 8740W and ended up placing the order late. Due to a limitation with daily charge limits on my debit card, PC Connection Express worked with me to get the issue resolved and laptop shippped out for next day (Saturday) delivery. They've been around a long long time (25 years I think), and though not always the cheapest, they do offer extensive customer and technical support. Great place to do business.

If you are a consumer or small use PC Connection Express which is geared towards that market, versus their sister (and original) company PC Connection which focuses mainly on corporate sales. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I love my new laptop.
