I placed an order on 2/8 Panasonic site showed order to ship in 2-3 days. I received an email 2-13 stating the order would be available 5-9. I have tried multiple times to cancel this order, to no avail. I feel I am getting the run around. 2/20 still no resolution on this issue. A very dissatisfied customer.
I ordered an electric razor Feb. 08. I checked update on my order product not available until May 09. No information sent as to the reason for the delay. I have sent a request to cancel my order.
Took me a few tries to place my order. Ended up having to place my order as a guest, every time I logged into the site the discount I applied was changed. By ordering as a guest I got the full $200 off, if I signed in the discount suddenly became only $125. Order placed a couple hours ago and have not recieved a notification of the sale yet. Not the best website I must say but if I get the deal it will be worth it.
Store just does not work
I have twice tried to use panasonic.com to order a camera over the last 2 years. Both times, the website did not work properly. First time around, it took 3 tries before it acknowledged the order, and then it turned out I had 3 orders and could not cancel them online. I had to wait 20 mins on the phone and get an operator to do it. This time, I could not change my password and it would not let me proceed with my order. I tried guest checkout and it froze up when it got to payment options. So I am giving up on panasonic.com, the prices are sometimes enticing, but the website is a piece of cr@p.
