Good customer service; products don't match description

I purchased a couple of items from Pfaltzgraff--a spice rack and a knife block. The spice rack was labeled as a 28-jar spice rack, but the actual product accommodated only 20 jars. Although I did not enjoy the knives, they were much as advertised.

Customer service readily credited my account for a portion of the spice rack price and allowed me to return the knives (I had to pay shipping). Although I was not happy with the products, I do appreciate the customer service.
