Emailed Cust Service with product issue, which rep responded to -- an annoymous form response that never addressed or answered my question or the trouble I was having with their Catalog and website. Items "available" were really discontinued. No email or call from Proactiv stating item not available, it just never arrives.

I first saw unavailable product (body soap) in their catalog and Oct website... still there today (jan 16, 2011). What would it take to remove it from their website, at a minimum, if they didn't want to change current catalog! Just received new winter catalog in my order a few days ago showcasing item on cover!

Product very overpriced but good (only reason I have stayed in program -- and rated this store 2/5). For the basic monthly kit it is $19.95 or $60 for the 3 mo supply they send. Of couse additional catalog products are incredibly expensive but totally optional.

While signed into my account today to comment on the body soap (still on their website) I wasn't able to post under my name... the same name that I used before over a month ago, and is linked to my account. A message popped up saying "name already being used by other user." Ummm, they are right, that would be me!

My experience with Proactiv is not worth the hassle. Until now I have justified the expense and hassle being worth their good, but not the only good acne product. At this point I am willing to try other brand face care to avoid this time-wasting, very expensive irritation.

Bottom line... save your money!
