Ship to Store didn't work

Ordered an item to be shipped to the local store (for free shipping). It was shipped by Fedex and I got the tracking number. Watched as the tracking number showed a delivery attempt by Fedex which resulted in a "Incorrect address - Apartment/Suite number." Radio Shack.com can't even address a package to their own store correctly??

Thank goodness that Fedex corrected the address and just delivered it to my house the next day.

Pathetic vestige of the original Shack.....Overpriced, jaded, technology....

Poor,no inventory control,very little customer tech advice(after all the average age employee is 19)...There are a FEW older independant stores that have knowledgable reps..not many...The employees regularly buy sale items i.e.,Virgin Mobile,Boost,Net 10 phones for themselves(for resale on Ebay,duh)So good luck when a good sale comes out getting one of the great buys....I learned this first hand.... stick with the respective carriers or Target,Walmart....

I was reading the review of the customer who said that radioshack.com couldn't even ship the product to their own store. I thought to myself how can a company mess that up? Well this past Christmas shopping season I placed 2 orders with free shipping to the store. Neither item ever made it to the store and both orders had to be re-done and they ended up shipping to my house and that was successful and the deals were pretty good. I wasn't able to get the cash back because a rep had to process the order for me but alas I guess I cant have everything.

I couldn't find the camera I wanted in the store and was told they aren't carrying it any more but to check on line for stock. I forgot to until I got "fat wallet" which advertised the site and OMG not only did I find the camera but at a terrific price. Super happy with Radio Shack!!!!!
