Reebok is easy to order

It is so easy to order at Reebok.com website. The shipping and return shipment are both free. So in case my kids cannot fit into the shoes that I got them, I could return those shoes back to Reebok without spending extra shipping fee.

Order came through great

Surprisingly I got my order shipped out a little over 24 hours after I had placed it (one day after Christmas). I didn't pay for any express option but it was at my door 48 hours after that. So go UPS or it was shipped out sooner than I got the email which would mean faster processing and delayed notification. Packaging and everything was good and nicely fit into box.

While the site does have a good number of glitches that cause it to go offline I did not have any problem during my order, but I ran into a dead site about 10 times while waiting for a size of shoes to come in. Selection and sizes were ok and that leads to my complaint. If they have a markdown on their site in red, it probably means it is discontinued and will not be restocked. There was a pair of shoes I waited a month for until they removed from the site their site so I'm guessing that mark down was to remove what was left. I guess it would have been nice to see something that noted that instead of waiting for a size that was never going to come in. I also noticed it with another pair of shoes.

I'd order from them again but I'd wait for one of there 30/40% off codes that seem to pop up every few weeks.

agree with april2008, reebok.com is piece of garbage, tried 3 times and failed to complete 3 times but with 2 authorized paypal payment. go figure that one out! now i have to call their customer service to cancel those two unfulfilled payment!

always problems when shop their website, tired, waste time
i tried to place two separate orders on their website and each time the website failed to let me complete my purchase. I tried multiple times to re-enter my order with no success.If you want spend hours on a website going nowhere, try Reebok.com
