I love Sam's club!

My boss is a member at Sam's club and when it comes to shopping for supplies for the office, this store never lets me down with the pricing.I just wish Fat wallet would raise the cash back percentage. 1% isn't nothing. I spend a lot of money at Sam's but it doesn't really pay off to do it through Fat wallet! Just saying

Horrible shipping - Online site doesn't post bad reviews

The shipping company that SamsClub.com used for me (Ceva) was the worst experience I've had with shipping ever. They called to arrange delivery between 12&5. Workers at my house called me at 8:10am that day to say that my $1,500 wood furniture delivery was left in the gutter in front of my driveway in the pouring rain when they arrived. When I called to complain to the shipping company and to SamsClub - neither company cared. The shipping company denied it and SamsClub never called me back or posted my bad review about the experience.

Just know when you purchase from SamsClub.com, you're not getting the whole picture. It's been 2 months now - my review still isn't showing up.

Poor service, no cashback

Their shipping can be quite slow. If you have any problems with the transaction, the customer service is lacking. The shopping cart is annoying. Finally, after multiple purchases, I have yet to receiver advertised cashback from neither FW nor ebates. The website must be run by a completely different organization from their stores.

Web-site lies!

I just ordered printer ink (I normally buy it at the actual store). The web-site explicity says, "Delivers in 1-2 business days". According to a "manager" the 1-2 bus. days is after the "vendor" (no one could tell me who this was) has 3 bus. days to process payment. My ink is scheduled for delivery next Monday, a week and a half after I placed the order! Customer service was rude and unhelpful, don't order online from Sam's Club!!
