Saveology redeeming giftcard
I ordered a $10 cvs gift card and paid $5 on 1/5/13. I wrote down the # I had to call along with my voucher# and it said it expires on Feb.8th 2013. So I had read about people being kept on the phone as they try to sell you other things so I kept putting it off. Then I cought the flu and was down for like 2 weeks. So on Feb. 5th I decided to call and I got a busy signal-weird. So I log onto the website and open up my voucher. The instructions had changed! Now I had to go to: redeemthisnow.com and enter my info and was done in under a minute with my giftcard hopefully on its way. I don't know if the redeeming procedured changed or is it because it was so close to the expiration date (feb.8th) I redeemed Feb.5th. I had written down the phone# to call to redeem, the days and times availbale to call them and that they were going to ask for my address.
Very weird when I looked up my voucher online and it had a new way to redeem from what I had planned on- but wayyy easier!!!Hopefully they've change it this new redeem online format or maybe the trick is to wait until you're 3 days away from expiring??????
I bought a $15 children's place gift card for $7.50 and the voucher said to call the Saveology Redemption Center to redeem the voucher. After calling I spent 30 minutes on the phone speaking with someone who kept trying to sell me other products. I told him numerous times to stop which he completely ignored and continued to sell. I asked to speak to his manager and he completely ignored this as well. I finally hung up. It felt like I was being pranked. Worst customer experience EVER. STAY AWAY and tell everyone you know to stay away as well.

I usually dont mind waiting a little longer for good deals but for 2 items i've waited 3 months for them and they will not refund me the $ because it's over the 30 day policy,how am i suppost to know that they are going to take 3 months to deliver!
Another item i received said it was deliveried but i still havent received it!
Like i said they do have some great deals but keep in mind you will not be receiving anything within 2 weeks.I've found out that it takes 4-6 weeks for anything to be deliveried.
TERRIBLE customer service
Had difficulty with a purchase of a voucher. Kept saying it didn't go through so clicked on it again. When I decided to forget it and I didn't want it I go to my email and find that it actually went through 2x even though it said it didn't. Callled over and over, emailed over and over. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! Nothing. I don't want the vouchers and I want my money back but they will NOT respond to me. Will have to dispute the charges on my credit card!

don't trust them with your credit card
they have your cc # on file you change it or delete it, allow orders to go through without secucity codes. Customer service don't reposond. gift card vouchers are a scam , they keep u on the phone 15 minutes trying to sell u stuff and they are very rude when yuo won't buy. never received gift certificate or got a responnse from customer service. FW NEEDS TO BAND THEM.
Order from here several times. Some order are on time some are not. Extremely long wait for customer service. Some item doesnt have tracking number. Never had any problem except for very long time delivery and very long wait for customer service.
bad business practice
you have to call in after you purchase to get your voucher and then get a customer service person who try to get you to sign up for magazine subscriptions. After all that, two months in and I still didnt get me gift card. Called customer service and there was a long wait to speak to them, wait of time
Still waiting for my order...
I ordered headphones on 10/23 and they posted they shipped 10/30...It is almost a month later and still nothing. After a couple emails to customer service they said they were going to give them to the post office that night and that they had only created the labels... that was 6 daysago and still no movement. Tracking says the label was created but nothing shipped.. I do not trust I will ever get these and I do not look forward to trying to get a refund....
I called and spoke to someone who did not even give me their name. They asked for my redemption code and then tried to up sell me which I reluctantly accepted. After trying to figure out my email address repeatedly, he still got it wrong. After I asked him to read it back to me to make sure it was correct, he missed the numbers at the end of it and now he can't even fix it, I have to call Customer Service to have them fix it. He attempts to transfer me to customer service KNOWING they are already closed, (after 10 p.m.) and obviously I get disconnected. So now I have to do double the work...correct my email with customer service so I receive the $10 Gift Card AND make sure the magazine that comes with his up sell does not get sent nor do I get charged for that. Terrible overall experience.
Deals for first time members
leaving no good deals for returning members.
They contacted me about 20 times to redeem the coupon, which I did once and then the second time out of frustration. They called me to confirm my address twice. I still have not received the coupon and it expires tomorrow.
charged card, a month later cancelled order, but didn't refund money
On 9/1/12, I participated in their "deal" for a Fatboy beanbag for $69. My credit card was charged immediately. A couple of weeks later, I logged in to my account there and it listed the item as "shipped". This was a complete falsehood. After having not received it after a week more, I e-mailed their support and was told it was actually on backorder. Yet a week later, I received an e-mail saying that they were canceling the order because of an "inventory discrepancy" and that my card had already been refunded. Needless to say, it was not, and I was forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because they kept stonewalling me. Do NOT do business with this company!!
Should be Banned from FW
Based on almost nothing but horrible reviews and scam practices....BAN THEM
They have great coupons for dollars off. Some are $10.00 for $20.00 off and some are $3.00 for $6.00 off. They are a great company to work with also

If i could give it less than one star I would. I have had only 50% luck with my orders. half were right and went ok and the other half were awful. Redeeming these stupid vouchers and not recieving a shipment date or tracking number in this day and age is completely unacceptable. After talking to saveology and the company that redeemed my voucher (topcrazydeals.com) I found out they are goint to ship my product a MONTH after they said they would. Originally supposed to be only 10-15 days(a complete bold faced lie) These people suck. They don't offer anything when they mess up and you never know when you may/may not recieve product from these jerks

It charged me $6 for a $10 CVS gift card but they never send it to me.
I contacted the customer service for many times. They said they would send the gift card to me in 10 business days, but 2 months passed and the gift card never comes. Then I contacted their customer service again for 7 times, and they never respond to me any more.
I do not want to spend any more time to fight for my $6 so just go through my credit card charge back procedure .
