Take with a grain of salt, a lot of seriously bad reviews on this.

I have the set. Works probably 1/4 of the time. When it works, they are great.

I have the set. Rarely works. The bad reviews are accurate. Not a good set.

Yeah but when it doesn't work the other 3/4 of the time, it can make the situation a lot worse by removing what little grabbing material there was.

Got it for free with points from the Sears/Kmart local ad points promo! Thanks OP.

Got it free too with Shop your way rewards. They basically give you $10 a month in points that goes away if you dont use it.

if there is room, use the saw to make a strait cut in the screw head and use a flat screw driver.  I hate those soft screws.

This screw-out, does it get damage during use?  Is the metal strong enough to withstand abuse?

Does anyone recommend a good set?

Instead of these EZ-Out type bits, pick up a set of left hand twist drill bits and use them in reverse to drill out broken screws and bolts.  Much better success rate.
