Wishing Well

Purchased a wishing well for my front lawn. Received delivery promptly with all parts in order. Diagram was easy to read but would have liked a little detailed instruction. I did assemble without a lot of difficulty. Finished product was excellant and in proper working order with clap on/off water pump. Easy payment arrangements, would highly reccomend.

Long Time Customer Treatment Awful

I had a account with Seventh Ave for many years. I ordered three times this year with no problems, had a 1,000 credit line. All of a sudden they denied my order, and wanted 50% down claiming they could not verify certain credit information. So I called them. They claimed 6 months prior a payment had not been made. Never told never called and never showed when I made my monthly payments. So I called and it was supposidley corrected. Ordered again a week later and again denied. So I called and was told that they would need 50%. I told them to cancel my account was told okay and hung up on me. Got a email today saying my account was canceled.

They never even tried to keep me as a customer

Nice thank you for 10 years of business.
