Customer NOService

I never got an e-mail to say when my cover was shipped out like they say you would get. It's been 14 days and no skinit. Every time I call I get the run around by customer "NO" service(CNS. The tracking# I was given don't even show up or anything. Weird thing is supposedly per "CNS" the pckg was received at a UPS site about 30 min from my house 7 days ago. When I asked Skinit's Customer "NO"Service (CNS)why I couldn't pull up the tracking #. She said that once it was received by UPS in your state that it could no longer be tracked. Does that make any sense?? It don't to me neither. I get that sometimes things take longer to get, but 1 isn't that the whole purpose of using UPS vs USPS? For u to get sooner!? Trust me, people would be more understanding over a late delivery or anything else if there is Customer Service...I can't really tell u about the product bc I haven't gotten it to enjoy yet, but if u can find a place with better customer service I would say use them.
