Poor quality products and zero customer service

I purchased some houla earphones for about 80. They have broken three times. I have returned them all three times. I have wasted so much time dealing with these fools. The product quality is terrible, I am not an extreme listener and they continue to break at the point wear the phones connect to the ipod/phone. They always go out in the one ear making them useless. Now they have approved my RMA but their site is unable to process the login of members. I have emailed them 5 times and have not received a single response. For the premium you pay on these earphones you are better off going to another company. The quality and sound quality of these products are piss poor. The customer service is also horrendous. A true disgrace to the great state of Utah.

Average headphones. Terrible customer service. You can do better.
