Horrible customer service and quality at Splendid.com

I bought a shirt for $90 at splendid.com that started unraveling after the 2nd wash. They won't give me a refund b/c it's been over 14 days. I can only get store credit. I don't want any of the over-priced, poorly made items. this is terrible customer service and very short-sighted as the bad press will far outweigh the cost to refund. You lose splendid!!!
