Everything was perfect , got a noticed when my items were shipped out that included a tracking # and could track it every step of the way!! Also had a sweet 30% off cupon that swimspot honored. Put in an order on March 30th for a vacation at the end of June. Two weeks later, I had not received any notice of shipping yet. I emailed their customer service only to be told that what I ordered was not in stock. No one had bothered to notify me or cancel my order. I verified whether or not other items were in stock or not through email. All of the items (including my original ordered items) were listed as being in stock, but was told each time I inquired about them that they were out of stock. The last email I sent asking if a certain item was in stock they never bothered responding to. So, I went ahead and put through another order for it. I called customer service the next day to confirm it was in stock. Only to be told that the system listed there was one in stock, but they had no way of verifying it and the shipping department would let me know if it wasn't. I told her how they had not notified me the first time, my vacation was coming up, and I needed to know if it was in stock or not. She got huffy with me and told me they were really busy. Will NEVER deal with this store again. The site is obviously not updated like it should be and customer service has been very unhelpful through phone and email.
