Horrible customer service, Outdated system. Slow to refund

Horrible customer service! They deleted my addresses from last year. No problem, I will just reregister. I did and placed an online order for Christmas. The calendar on their site would only let you pick a date up to December 7. That is too early. So I called again and was told it was a glitch. Just place the order and wait 30 minutes, then call back. I did and sat on the phone for 30 minutes while the changed the dates of delivery on my orders. Then I checked the order online and saw they missed one. So I called again and told them of the troubles I had. She argued with me. So I cancelled the order. She said fine. They had already charged me and it would take 10 business days to get it back. Be very leary about this company. Watch your credit card on this site!

There's popcorn! It arrives promptly in a very pretty tin! I haven't tried the popcorn itself yet, but the site is easy to use and reports cash back promptly.

Delicious, fast and great service...

Browsing through FW I found the Popcorn Factory. I have a co-worker that is obsessed with flavored popcorn, so when her birthday came up I decided to try The Popcorn factory for her gift. We went crazy witht their popcorn, their tins are of good quality and give them a classy look. The popcorn was delicious, not greasy just tasty. She was very happy and me too since I got to try it and the portion was substantial. I'm very happy with their product and I hope they stay in business for a long time!!!
