Doesn't Track Back to Fatwallet

I used this link through fatwallet to order my Verizon cable and FIOS internet, after a lengthy "investigation" and sending fatwallet my order receipts etc...they determined that I did click on this link and order FIOS, yet something, oh yes something messed up the tracking process (which is not true). I have been with fatwallet for over 5 years and have never had a problem until now. In my mind it's them not wanting to pay up the $25 or they don't have a good "tracking process" in place with Verizon. Either way I would stay away.

Ordered FIOS Triple Play using the Fatwallet link expecting to get $25 back. Never happened. Forgot to check back within 60 days and now losing trust in Fatwallet...
