 I've had fairly good luck with them, just for straight up photos, no art photos or anything, and any/all adjustments to color/brightness/contrast/saturation** needs to be done by me, using whichever piece of software I choose, prior to sending Walgreens to print.

** but all kinds of things are able to be corrected if it's images that I am having printed in-store -- I've found the staff at most Walgreens to be willing and able to help turn out really nice images, they'll print it and it'll maybe be too dark, you show them, they'll run it again -- pretty cool. That's my experience of course; YMMV
