It works

The coupon worked. Shipping was quick and the phone arrived according to the tracking. Customer service were nice and I liked the online chat service. My only complaint is that they switched my phone service the same day the phone arrived and I did not have service until I got home to receive the package.

Best prices

I have bought my last 3 phones from wirefly. They flat out have the best prices. For the phone I just bought, I went through fat wallet to get to the site. I bought a samsung brightside for my son. Wirefly had it for $20. The nearest Verizon store was selling it for $80! I picked some accessories as well and came nowhere near $80. Plus I got $15 back in my fat wallet account.

WOW! What a deal

Ordered a great new phone at half the price my carrier was charging. The phone came quickly and activation was smooth and seamless. The phone is awesome, fast, great big screen, clear voice and visuals...just as advertised! (Samsung Charge 4g)

Upgrading phone

I decided to get a new every 2 phone for Verizon through Wirefly. Couldn't tell if I was eligible for full $$ cashback, so called to complete order by phone. Support person with Wirefly was very nice & helpful. Had to pursue caseback through FatWallet support, but go it. Very happy with my phone & Wirefly. However, my new phone was automatically activated before I was ready for the old one to be deactivated.

Unless they have a problem with your order you can forget getting to talk to or get help with your order. Please be aware that if you order cell phones from them they will activate those phones for a period before they even ship them. But they will then switch back to your current phone.
