Return policy worst in the industry!!!

Quick trivia question: what happens when you go to frys.com and need to return your purchase? I'll tell you. They return it for a full refund. You know why? Because they are a respectable company that appreciates its customers and treats them with courtesy.
NOT SO WITH XOXIDE. Not only would they charge me an extremely gouged $35 for shipping on a case (Through Fedex, which oddly enough I have shipped my whole assembled computer to LA for only $25, which weighs more than twice as much as the case), but when I realized that I didn't want the darned thing... ONE DAY LATER, not only would they not cancel the order, not only would they charge you full shipping just to return it ($35 paid on an $80 case, that you would then not even had), but it also a 20% restocking fee. Yup. You read that right. 35+16 = $51 on an $80 case you now DON'T have. All you can do with these people is place an order and HOPE what you get is what you wanted. F-rated reviews on their return policy, and that's not even mentioning the dismissive, rude agents who have no desire to help you.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Frys.com and Newegg.com for me from now on! Both for prices AND service!
One order in, and I like what I see. Plan to return!

They were one of the only shops to have in stock a NoFan CR-95 heatsink I was looking for, and they even had the best price out of all the shops. Picked up a few PC case fans, and other odds and ends, also at great prices (competitive at the very least, best price at most). They processed the order quickly and even snapped a photo of it prior to boxing up and shipping out. Great experience shopping there, will definitely hit up the shop when I'm in the market for components.
