I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, paid $60 that day by credit card. Waited the 6 buisness days and NO SHOES! Called and they informed me that FedEx dropped the package at my door without a signature! I don't know about you people but if I am ordering ANYTHING on the internet that is coming by mail I WANT TO SIGN TO MAKE SURE I GET MY STUFF! They told me that the way that they ship does not require a signature. They told me they would credit my card within 24-48 hours...... It's now day 15 AND STILL NO CREDIT!!! I just got off the phone and talked to a supervisor and she did promise me a refund by Monday which will be almost 20 days of placing an order with this company and still no refund yet! I reccomend you shop another website or demand when you order for a FED EX Signature required delivery. There's probably a Fed Ex driver running around somewhere wearing my son's shoes at my dime!!!!
