No good...bad form

They had my item in stock and then after several days contacted me about the item being discontinued.
No refund yet, they wanted me to contact them about it first.
The item is still in stock on their website today.

Ship By Dates are phony

eXpansys USA is just redistrobution center for eXpansys. When you order from them, orders are bulked together and a shipment is made from expansys UK. That means the "expected ship date" is made up. Don't expect your products to ship within that window.

T-Mobile prepaid card doesn't work

Just bought 4 prepaid T-Mobile cards from them. One of the cards ($50) doesn't work. Called their customer support, first got a "voice mail box is full" message, then told to press zero for operator, which I did, but it only ends up back to the same message telling me to press zero for operator after some rings.
