Last year we were kind of in a slump so I wasnt really excited, but this year with promotions and pay raises in place I've been getting really antsy and Ive been gearing up and saving since June lol
Wal-Mart is now calling it "The Yearly Event" and stores are detailing better crowd control strategies. Some stores will be roping off and guarding the pallets w/2-4 associates at a time. People will wait in line with a claim ticket to get their merchandise. No more tickets = sold out.
Ya I am really hoping this year will be better. I did not see any reason to get out last year. I was able to snag a laptop for my father from WalMart, but it wasnt even on BF. The excitement is starting to build up!!
I am keeping an eye out on a new LCD monitor. I hope to snag a 24 inch wide screen or bigger.
I would love the chance to get a mini computer, now that would be a great deal if I can find one for a decent price. I am talking about $150-200 at the most before tax if you see something like this let me know.
