Microsoft Outlook Gurus Please Help !

I want to sendout weekly automatic email reminders from microsoft outlook. Does anyone know how this can be done.

Thanks, but I have searched and studied most of them and they all are asking for money. I was thinking if there is a simple hack or a simple VB script to achieve this task.

outlook can have recurring appointments, but not recurring emails. you might be able to use this method to accomplish it, though.

Ahhh... I didn't realize that all of the Google responses were for add-ins that have to be purchased...

Tresh's suggestion, while complicated, looks like it will do the job. If you don't want to go that route, my only other suggestion would be if all of the intended recipients are using Outlook, just set up a recurring appointment with a reminder instead of trying to use an email. My guess is that your recipients aren't using Outlook, though, or you would've thought of this.

Why does it have to be outlook?

If your company (or ISP) has an SMTP Server (Most do) then you can just use a command line SMTP Mailer (Plenty of free ones out there) and schedule it as a job in Windows using Task Scheduler. The newer command line programs even support HTML mail and other advanced features.
