is this covered under my warranty?

Hey, my thinkpad t60 has come unhinged. Well one of the hinges seems screwed up. It's only a year old, I'm not sure how it got damaged, but it is. I've attached pictures of it.

It runs fine, and it was only on close inspection that I even saw that something is wrong. But since its still under warranty I figure it'd be best to get it fixed up. Isn't this something covered under

It's under the parts warranty, but not the labor one. Labor is 12 months. Parts is 36months.
In fact, since it is cosmetic, they might not cover it at all.

It's worth a call...see if they'll cover it. I haven't dealt with Lenovo, but I'd say they might do it. You can also probably grab a hinge from somewhere and DIY.
