I'm glad YOU have won the prizes that you have. --- Here's my view, whatever company services & contracts this all over the USA for however many radio stations has POOR customer service. I am not talking about the regular inablity to NOT track the rankings accurately, but all the other problems i see members talk about here. ----- So now i'll share what's just happened to me. On Feb.1.... I submitted 2 entries to use my expiring points and like usual I don't take anything for granted, so i check the Tab that should show all current entries and NOTHING. I've contacted my local station and am waiting to see just what will Happen. For anyone who decides to write letters and complaints you have my encouragement. ---- The stations regularly advertise This program and they should be able to Hold the company that contracts this accountable to operate this accurately. Participating in this involves each of our own personal time, especially those of Us who try and take the opportunity of the " supposed chance " to win prizes by answering All the available questions Every Day. OUR time is worth Money, regardless of how each person thinks about this. If this can not be operated accurately which results in unnecessary use of our own individual time, then the complaints are Well deserved. -- The post of yours that i am referring to is from Jan 23.
To everyone in general, They have finally fixed the videos for extra credit. I thought you all would be interested to know that if you play the videos all the way through, some of them give you double the points. The 2 catagories, Women's Health & Lifestyle and Watch Videos for Extra Credit, each have 15 videos. By the time I get done with all of them, I am credited for almost 60 videos watched. Just thought you would like to know.
One does not have the watch the movie through completely. All U have to do is when you see the red line showing the playing of the video, just click at the end of the video and the movie just ends and one still get the credits. Much faster than watching each video completely!
Hi Ohio Greek. I have had similar problems. My radio station told me to contact Triton Loyalty at firstname.lastname@example.org. They never answered my email. I also found a phone number 770-250-2750 which also was of no help. I truly Believe it is only possible to win local contests. Check designation for prize L is local MM is multi media.
I now save my points for ONLY local contests. I have not been able to find a single person who has won a prize With an MM designation. If anyone out there does win please let me know.
How do you know if the prizes are local? I mean, besides the local concerts and shows. I tried to win the camera, because I had purchased one for my daughter, but it was stolen. Cannot afford to buy a new one.You do have to watch all the way through to get the double points. I check email, play games not really watching.Not all the videos give the double points.

Hello dynopatl, ------- Thanks for your input and that info. I'm not saying that i am so skeptical that i believe the National contests are a joke. Just what i wrote yesterday, that Triton digital does a POOR job with this which is THEIR business. Obviously this is recreational for US. Also do we accept other businesses in our lives that give US poor customer service ? ---I believe Cali Surfer when She says she's won many prizes. I also believe she is the EXCEPTION and since i read so many others who share their experiences of POOR service and a consistent lack of accuracy on Triton's part.I have decided that anyone else who chooses to file complaints, send letters to the stations or even to the FCC might actually result in pressuring Triton deciding to improve the SERVICE as they should and not THE END of this program. --- Triton is doing this just like ANY business is, to make a profit. They must have done something right when they have succeeded in getting so many radio stations all across the USA to sign up for this. So WHY shouldn't those of US who take OUR time to participate expect BETTER service from them ?? ---- Cali has a point about this supposed to being FUN and hopefully win a few things for Ourselves. Yet if Triton can't do this accurately, WHY shouldn't we TRY to hold them accountable. I haven't come to this decision by being reactive, rather that I've watched the comments about the inaccuracy for Months now and Now this has affected me in my partcipation. So when i read Doggy111's POST from Jan 23 ( which is on page 149 ) What he said just makes sense. --- One last thing, i see a few here being very critical of new members when they ask for an answer that is already posted or just don't understand all the details of how this program works. The other way to tell if something is local, whether it's a prize or a trivia question, is you'll see an asterix before the prize on the list of prizes.
Ohio Greek. I agree with you regarding the lack of Patience that some members display. We have enough problems with The program without picking on each other. I'm happy that someone out there has actually won. I spent 7,000,000 points in 2 separate contests with no success so I will be saving all my future points for local contests only.
