Jack will not allow anyone else to pick up a prize if their name isn't the winner. They started to enforce this a couple years ago when "some bad monkeys" created multiple accounts and won prizes under false names. Back then Jack would even mail your prize to you so you didn't have to go down and pick it up.
You can try calling the station and ask to speak to Promotions, maybe they will let you change the name but I've never been able to get anyone to return my calls or emails. Good luck!
Jack has never returned my calls or emails, and once when I was in the hospital I talked to the woman at the front desk. They refused to make an exception and allow anyone else to pick up my concert tickets for an event that week.They were rude and said they had to treat everyone the same way and stick to the rules,NO EXCEPTIONS. even with a doctors note informing them I was in the hospital and had just had surgery.
