1. The Be a Winner and Like ADATA (the "Giveaway") starts on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Entry Period".)

2. The entry deadline for participation in Phase I of the drawing is November 16, 2012, 11:59 p.m. (PST). If you do not win a prize in Phase I, you will still have a chance to win in Phase II. Only (1) approved “like” per Facebook account will be registered. Any entries in excess of that limit shall be voided.

3. ADATA ("Giveaway Organizer") reserves the right to make the final decision on eligibility to protect the interests of other users taking part in the drawing.
