The main thing is to input your SPIN ID- if shown on TV you win a free trip....if we forget to post the SPIN ID or don't know it ALWAYS check your SPIN ID number on their site...because you only have 24 hours to claim your prize (a free trip). And the way to CLAIM your prize is by entering the SPIN ID. Hope this helps.

I just realize this problem, too.
The points used to be like cash in their store but now they are more like small coupons.
They are kind of useless now...
