She was told that they would verify and then credit her account by the end of the business day. Apparantly a lot of people are calling and they are doing it only for those that call to request the correction.
She told them that several others in our office had the same problem and was told that they need to call and give their account info in order to be credited.
CRAZY!! Oh well, I got my points. Co-worker says they have someone new in that dept. maybe? |
