My brother brought his family to stay at my house for Christmas, knowing that my niece was contagious. My brother was not concerned with my getting sick...nor remorseful for bringing me the flu.

I got whatever my niece had and it was Christmas. My boyfriend wanted to come over to take care of me...I told him not to come over, that he could get the bug I had.

He said that he never gets sick & insisted on coming over.... A couple days later, I call him since he was all of a sudden not calling.

He too had the bug. He said," The bigger you are, the harder you fall!!"

This was the best Christmas, knowing that someone cared for you....enough to take care of you when you were sick...

We got married the next year "Just before Christmas". This was my most memorable holiday gift !!
