Is anyone else regularly getting their stuff in 3-4 days (instead of two) via the new (so-called) Lasership service? It would be churlish to complain if it wasn't an $80 a year service. Do I have any recourse?
We've had that happen on several orders lately. One of them even said "in stock" and ships Amazon Prime, but had an expected date a month out! I was planning to cancel it since they didn't really seem to have it in stock, but forgot and they shipped it after about a week.
Most of the items that were quoted as 3-4 days actually arrived up in two. I haven't bothered to complain since I it makes no sense for our household to cancel Prime, but I'd like to hear how it goes if you complain.
I've complained about receiving items in 3 or 4 days. They just apologize and that's it. You won't get anything out of complaining. I guess you could cancel your Prime in protest, but they have so many customers now I don't think they really care anymore.
