I have $10 in Fandango Bucks from April 2009. I thought I have claimed/added the Bucks to my Fandango account. When I signed in yesterday, I can't find a link to check my account balance. Where do I check the balance?
And if the Bucks were not added to my a/c bal, how do I add it to my a/c? I have the claim code.
If it can't be added to my a/c, how do I use it to buy a ticket on Fandango's web site?
Are you sure you added them to your account? Fandango bucks usually works as a gift card / coupon. You enter the code while ordering and you keep any remaining balance, or pay any additional amount as needed.

Fandango just gives you the balance of gift cards/buck and promotion codes, it does not store that in your account so when you are ready to purchase, just check the box that says if you will be using gift/promotion code and then enter the code in the next page.
