Take it to Kohl's and they will return your item and resell it to you minus the value of the rebate. You don't need to bring the item back, just the receipt, and rebate paperwork if you have it.

I have 8 Kohls rebates from BF that I mailed at the same time as a kitchenaid mixer rebate (around Dec 5th) -- all of the Kohls rebates are not found when I go to the rebate tracker. The Kitchenaid is showing processed and approved. Now I am just waiting on that check.

I've never used a Kohls rebate before so I am not sure how their online system works (or doesn't as appears in this case).

I figure I'll give it a couple of weeks since I'm sure they are swamped but I will eventually call the 800 number if the status doesn't change here soon.

Kohls Rebate Status

That is perfect. All of my rebates are displayed with a status of "Rebate Status: Found and not Shipped". Better than nothing though; at least they received them. On that note; however, my kitchenaid mixer rebate has already arrived. It showed up as mailed about a week ago and it finally showed up. Wonder why Kohls is so much slower? They were mailed on the same date.

huh? smh....why do I have the funny feeling that the problem may be on your end and not with Kohls?

Just called the 800 number and she was able to verify two of my three items were processed - I received the $20 rebate check today. I called because all THREE rebates were sent in the same envelope...they let me know that it is 'being looked into' and someone from the rebate center will call me next week. I think it's odd that all of my info sent in the same envelope at the same time with the same name and address only had two of three items processed...how in the world can they 'lose' that other info, especially when it was all stapled together? Frustrating for the amount of work we have to do with highlighting/circling, cutting, copying and mailing...it should be foolproof. Guess I can just wait and see what happened with the last rebate...if they don't honor it, the item is going back to Kohls, as I haven't opened the box. They can deal with the missing UPC on the bottom...I can tell them it must have gotten lost. LOL.

I just tried tracking on the website and it says status not found, and I purchased the blender, griddle and deep fryer... a little sour about this since I dont know if there is any recourse at this point.

I sent my rebate for the 18 pc. cuisinart cutlery set on December 1, 2011. It is now March 1, 2012 and I still have gotten nothing from them. I have called 3 times and they keep telling me that they are behind and that I need to keep watching the tracking website. Has anyone else had this problem? And is there anything or anyone that I can contact, because the people at this 866 number is unwilling to help me??

What kind of envelope do the rebate checks come in? They said mine was mailed in January and I havne't seen it....
