I picked up a few of these at Target about 6 months ago for $3 each. They're now $8 each. The best price I see is $12.70 for a twin pack at Amazon. Where can I buy these at a reasonable price?

My local cooperative used to give out the "Energy Smart" GE CFL's, not the Reveal bulbs. They had free trade-in days, with a limit of like 25 bulbs per customer. Now they send $2.50 coupons every few months. Wal-Mart has these bulbs for $2.12 for a three-pack, definitely not the Reveals.
